Scrape Your LinkedIn Connections’ Emails: A Step-by-Step Guide

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to scrape email addresses from your LinkedIn connections. Whether you're building a targeted outreach list or organizing your network, this step-by-step tutorial ensures you're staying compliant while getting the data you need.

Steps we will follow

  1. Export Your LinkedIn Connections List

Go to LinkedIn Data Export and request your data. You can also use alternative methods to get your connections list. Details are explained in "Export Your LinkedIn Connections List" section below.

  1. Upload to Profile Extractor Tool

Use a Linkedin profile extractor tool to upload your connections list and extract email addresses and other profile information. Details are explained in "Upload to Profile Extractor Tool" section below.

Export Your LinkedIn Connections List

To extract email addresses and profile information, you first need to download your LinkedIn data specifically the connections.csv file. This file includes names, profile URLs, and sometimes other public data that the extractor tool can use to enrich and find emails.

This step is essential because it gives the extractor a verified list of people you're actually connected with, increasing the chances of finding accurate and valid emails.

Option 1: Quick Export Link

You can directly request your data via this link:
Download LinkedIn Data

Option 2: Manual Steps

If you'd prefer to navigate there manually:

  1. Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage

  2. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown

  3. Click Data privacy in the left-hand menu

  4. Scroll to How LinkedIn uses your data and click Get a copy of your data

  5. Choose Download larger data archive

  6. Click Request archive

  7. LinkedIn will email you a download link when the archive is ready

Upload to Profile Extractor Tool

Once you’ve downloaded your LinkedIn connections list, the next step is to upload it to the Linkedin Profile Extractor Tool.

When you open the tool, you’ll see a chat powered by an AI agent. Just type that you're looking to extract email addresses from your LinkedIn connections.

The agent will ask a few quick questions — like how many connections you have — and then provide you with a price based on your list size. If you're happy with the pricing, you can upload your file directly in the chat.

Once confirmed, the tool will process your file and return a list of your connections along with available email addresses and other profile details like job titles, companies, and profile URLs.

It’s fast, simple, and fully guided by the chat agent — no technical skills needed.
